IT'S OK

IT’S OK TO NOT HAVE EVERYTHING FIGURED OUT YETπŸ€—

In these peculiar and unexpected times when our lives have been turned upside down, it would be easy to feel completely overwhelmed and start to wonder if we are ever going to be OK.

Those everyday things we used to do as part of our routine that grounded us and helped us feel normal and safe might not apply or be available anymore.

Just remember that feeling adrift and unsure at this time is perfectly natural.
Even though things are uncertain right now, and we don’t know how we're actually coping, please take some certainty from the fact that somehow we WILL and we ARE.

Take one thing at a time and try not to stress yourself with those things that are out of your control.

You’re really doing amazing things everyday and being asked to cope with a situation you have no experience of.
It’s OK that you’re still working things out. We all are.❀️❀️
