These were defined by a study carried out in 2016.
The aim was to see how mental health therapy could get people back into the workplace after a breakdown.
They defined that there were 3 dimensions to burn out
Exhaustion

Remember this…Anxiety is an emotion.
You are meant to feel it.
You are not broken.
You are not ill.
You can get control.
In case you’ve been trying to get rid of anxiety, it’s worth remembering that your goal is NOT to be free of anxiety.
Only dead people and psychopaths feel zero anxiety. They feel NO emotion at all!
